Comments are being sought about new informational signs planned along a
stretch of Route 28 in the Adirondacks.
Adirondack Research of Saranac Lake plans a public forum at 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Tannery Pond Center in North Creek. Attendees are
encouraged to provide perspectives on topics and themes for the signs.
The signs would be put along the Central Adirondack Trail Scenic Byway, a
corridor that winds along Route 28 through the Hudson River watershed. The
Adirondack North Country Association is leading the project.
