ANCA and the Cooperative Development Institute present a virtual series on workplace communication, personnel policies, and open book management. Small business owners and employees will learn systems, practices, and tools to engage workers and improve workplace culture. Focus will be driven by attendee goals and interests, meeting weekly via Zoom from January 31 to February 14, 2023.
Workshops will be facilitated by Rob Brown, the Director of Business Operations at the Cooperative Development Institute, the USDA-designated Cooperative Business Development Center for the Northeast. Rob is an expert in transitioning businesses to employee ownership, and trains owners and managers in strategies to increase employee participation and engagement.
