Are you ready to create a space of welcoming and belonging in your workplace? Are you seeking ways to attract and retain diverse talent, and understand the needs of your expanding clientele?

Join the Adirondack Diversity Initiative and the ANCA Center for Pandemic Response in an entry-point exploration using different methodologies—including nonviolent communication—to learn how to better articulate feelings, needs, requests, and boundaries. These useful technologies help us to negotiate doing the dirty dishes with a partner or learning how to celebrate the diversity of culture and politics in a workplace.
Building upon the success of our September event in Saranac Lake, ANCA CPR and ADI are hosting two additional, free opportunities to participate. These free events are open to all, including small business owners and staff, aspiring entrepreneurs and nonprofit personnel.

We will anchor our learning in a dialogue framework. Everyone who chooses to join us has a story, and those stories offer significant opportunities for us to learn from one another. Our ability to learn from one another begins by understanding how to encourage spaces of vulnerability—and why it is so essential for meaningful learning.

Creating joyful spaces where people want to work and gather begins by celebrating and making room for one another’s stories. Especially for those most at risk for systemic forms of abuse and exclusion.

This event is open to all, including small business owners and staff, aspiring entrepreneurs and nonprofit personnel.
