The ANCA community is invited to celebrate the past year’s accomplishments, our regional collaborations, and our new tagline, A North Country for All.

Centered around an opportunity to connect and re-connect with members of our community, our team will also share brief remarks of A North Country for All in action – lower energy costs in safer and more comfortable homes and businesses, reduced barriers to entrepreneurship, meaningful investments in farm businesses and agricultural lands, welcoming experiences and more.

We are thrilled to convene at Watertown’s Emmanuel Congregational Church who shares our vision through their service work hosting a community garden, free meals each night, a food pantry, community gatherings, and a cooling and warming center that welcome all. ANCA was happy to support ECC with a grant for energy-efficiency improvements that will help them meet the needs of the community for years to come.

  • When: Friday, June 12, 2026, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
  • Where: Emmanuel Congregational Church, 119 South Hamilton St., Watertown, NY 13601
  • Cost: There is no cost to attend our Annual Member Meeting, and your presence in community with us is most important. We do invite all attendees who are able to update their membership commitment with 2026 contribution through the link in your confirmation email or contribute a suggested donation of $20 – or any amount meaningful – using the registration link below.

Recognizing People Who Inspire Us

In 2024, the Adirondack North Country Association (ANCA) resumed a practice of recognizing community members as part of our Annual Meeting. In addition to our staff and board, ANCA invites all members of our community to submit nominations for review by ANCA staff who will select up to five awardees. Learn more about our recognition criteria and submit your nominations by Monday, May 25, 2026.

Last year’s awardees were Sunita Halasz of Adirondack Council and Rachel Karp of Franklin County Economic Development Corp. (pictured with ANCA’s Carlie Leary, Elizabeth Cooper and Lauren Richard).
