Join us for a free 3-part virtual series, Bookkeeping Practices for Small Businesses, with speaker David Reichel of Century Acres Business Services. This series is presented by ANCA’s Center for Pandemic Response (ANCA CPR) in partnership with the SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

2023 Entrepreneurship Workshop Series

Learn accounting fundamentals and gain financial tips from area experts!

Join the Clarkson University Shipley Center for Innovation and Point Positive for free skills building workshops focused on how to set up and manage your business finances, accounting, and fundraising.

Each evening workshop will provide a valuable learning opportunity for anyone who owns or wants to start a business of any size. Participants will receive an overview of important financial concepts and tools, and take part in breakout sessions with exercises led by experts. The workshops will be held in-person from 4:30 to 8 p.m. in four locations:

  • August 2 in Malone
  • August 16 in Saranac Lake
  • September 6 in Potsdam
  • September 13 in Lowville
