Richard Bird

Richard Bird is the Director of Planning, Tourism and Community Development for Hamilton County. He has been involved with ANCA since 1991 and serves as Central Region Vice President since 2002.

Bird volunteers in a number of other capacities as well, such as New York State Vacation and Tourism Association and the Governor’s Snowmobile Advisory Committee and the NYS Magistrates Association. He also owns a Real Estate business and Bird’s Marine. He holds a degree in accounting from SUNY Morrisville.
