Adirondack North Country residents and communities spend a higher percentage of income on heating than the most of rest of the country, making the cost of energy a critically important factor in the economic viability of the region. ANCA’s energy program aims to reduce energy costs for people, businesses and communities, increase the number of energy-related jobs including contractors, auditors, and suppliers, and spur a transition to renewable energy.
Whether you are a homeowner, a community leader, a business owner, a school, or a farmer, we can help you find the resources that will reduce your energy costs. If you are a contractor, we can connect you to training resources that will enable you to be certified as a NYSERDA-recommended contractor.
