Mike Farmer joins ANCA board
Mike Farmer was named to the Adirondack North Country Association board on March 24.
Farmer is a fourth generation Adirondack native from Old Forge, in Northern Herkimer County.
In April 2010, he became Tourism/Publicity Director for the Town of Webb, a move which brought him back home after living and working in Aspen, Colo., for the past two decades.
“Mike will be a great asset to the ANCA board in helping to increase the economic climate in the ANCA Region. He has done a great job of promoting tourism, as director of the Central Adirondack Association, during the past year. I look forward to working with him,” said Richard Bird, Vice President of ANCA’s Central Region.
