Scenic Byway Community AnnouncementNew Funding Round Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Special Announcement for Central Adirondack Trail Scenic Byway Communities In Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton and Montgomery Counties The Adirondack North Country Association would like to keep you informed about potential funding opportunities for Byway communities. Many communities recommended local projects in the Central Adirondack Trail Corridor Scenic Byway Corridor Monument Plan that may be eligible for funding under this Environmental Protection Program. Applications for the 2007-2008 Environmental Protection Fund Local Waterfront Revitalization Program have been released. You can go to the website: www.nyswaterfronts.com/request.htmlh for information or to download applications. The deadline for applicants is November 30th. All eligible communities will be receiving a notice by mail and grant workshops will be held around the state, including one in Ray Brook on October 23rd.
